American Friends of the JCB

We’re glad you’re here!

We’re pleased to share that we have incorporated American Friends of Bermuda as a New Jersey nonprofit corporation and applied to the Internal Revenue Service for recognition as a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt, charitable organization to raise funds and make grants, subject to the discretion and control of the Board of Trustees, to support our community’s mission and growth. While we are still awaiting the official IRS determination letter, the organization has been incorporated, allowing us to begin accepting funds from U.S.-based donors. Once we receive our IRS Determination Letter, we will be able to acknowledge tax-deductible contributions received on and after May 27, 2025. This is a meaningful step forward in broadening our fundraising capabilities and strengthening our impact
